These terms
These terms cover your use of Unitley: the website at unitley.com, the web app (the console), the MCP server and the REST API. “Unitley”, “we” and “us” mean [To be decided: the legal entity that runs Unitley]; “you” means you.
By creating an account, or by using the web app, the MCP server or the REST API, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Unitley. Reading the website and using its calculators needs no account.
Who can use Unitley
You must be 21 or older. Sports betting is legal only in some places, and the rules differ from one to the next. You may use Unitley only where it is legal for you to bet on sports, and you are responsible for knowing whether it is.
When you set up your account, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you will only bet where it is legal. Unitley does not check where you are and does not block any location, so those confirmations are yours to keep.
An account is for one person. Keep the details you give us accurate.
What Unitley is, and what it isn't
Unitley is an analysis tool. It shows odds, statistics and the math behind a bet: implied probability, the no-vig price, expected value and a suggested stake.
- It is not a sportsbook. It takes no bets, holds no money and pays no winnings.
- It does not sell picks, and nothing it shows is a guarantee. A pick with a positive expected value can lose, and often will.
- It is not advice. Nothing in Unitley is financial, legal, tax or gambling advice, and no one at Unitley knows your circumstances.
- Data can be late or wrong. Prices move, feeds lag and sources make mistakes. Check the price at your sportsbook before you bet.
Your decisions are yours
You decide whether to bet, what on and how much. You are responsible for every bet you place, for following the law where you are and for any tax on your winnings.
Unitley’s risk profiles, stake caps and daily and weekly loss limits are there to help you bet in proportion. Suggested stakes stay under them, and Unitley warns you before a bet could take you past a loss limit, but they are warnings, not blocks: Unitley can’t stop a bet you place at a sportsbook. See responsible gambling for how they work and where to find help.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address, or with Google. Keep access to that email account and that Google account secure: anyone who can open your sign-in emails can sign in as you.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including through your access tokens.
Access tokens, MCP and the REST API
Access tokens connect Claude and other AI agents to Unitley over MCP, and any program to the REST API. A token acts as you, with the access you gave it: read-only, or read and write (which lets it log and settle bets and save picks).
- A token is shown once, when you create it. Treat it like a password and don’t share it.
- Every token expires, at most a year after it was made. You can revoke one at any time on the Connect page.
- Calls are rate-limited, and some data (player props, for example) comes from a shared quota, so it may not be available every time you ask.
- Each tool call is recorded in an audit log, as the privacy policy describes.
We may change the tools, the API or the limits, and we may revoke a token that is being misused or that puts the service at risk.
Your AI provider keys
The web analyst runs on your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter, and the optional Jev tool on your own key from TypeSafe. When you use them, Unitley sends your requests to that provider on your key.
- Your provider bills you, under its own terms, for the use of your key. You are responsible for that use and for keeping within your provider’s terms.
- Unitley stores your keys encrypted and never logs them. You can remove a key at any time in Settings.
The same goes for Claude or any other agent you connect: what you send it, and what it does, is between you and that agent’s provider.
AI answers can be wrong
Unitley’s tools do the math and read the data, but the words of an answer come from the AI model you chose, which can misread a number, misstate a fact or make one up. Check the figures that matter to you against the tool results and your sportsbook before you act on them.
Data from other sources
Unitley’s data comes only from sources it is licensed or permitted to use. Each one, and its licence or terms, is listed on the data credits page, and those terms apply to the data as well as these.
Unitley is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, any NFL team, or any of its data sources. Teams are shown by name and abbreviation only.
Using Unitley fairly
Please don’t:
- scrape or bulk-copy Unitley, or redistribute or resell its data;
- get around rate limits, quotas, sign-in or any other safeguard, or probe for weaknesses;
- share your account or your tokens, or use someone else’s;
- use Unitley where betting is illegal for you, or let anyone under 21 use it;
- present Unitley’s analysis as a guaranteed or sure pick;
- disrupt the service, or use it to break the law or to harm anyone.
What you save
The bets, picks, notes and settings you save are yours. You let us store and process them only to run Unitley for you: to show them back to you, settle your bets and size your stakes. We don’t sell them.
Unitley's own work
The website, the app, the guides and the Unitley name and logo belong to Unitley. You may use them for your own betting analysis; please don’t copy them into a product or service of your own.
Changes to Unitley and to these terms
Unitley is a young product and will change. We may add, change, pause or remove features. Sports marked “coming soon” have no date, and listing one is not a promise.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and for a change that matters we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. Using Unitley after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time. Revoke your tokens on the Connect page, and delete your account in Settings under Delete account: that removes your account and everything saved with it, and cannot be undone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
No warranties
Unitley is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, available or free of errors, or that it suits any purpose, and we make no promise about the result of any bet.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, Unitley is not liable for money you lose betting, for decisions you make using Unitley, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Where Unitley is liable to you despite these limits, its total liability is capped at [To be decided: the amount of the cap].
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as the law where you live lets them.
Claims arising from your use
[To be decided: whether, and how far, you agree to cover Unitley’s costs if someone makes a claim against it because of how you used Unitley or broke these terms]
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [To be decided: the governing law]. A dispute about them or about Unitley is heard [To be decided: where, and whether by a court or by arbitration].
